We act as an intermediary between you and independent service providers. While we vet our professionals, we do not directly employ them. The quality of service is the responsibility of the provider, but we strive to ensure your satisfaction.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
When you book a service, you agree to pay the quoted price. Some services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We accept major credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment is processed securely by third‑party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you book a service, the price quoted at the time of booking is guaranteed, provided there are no changes to the scope of work.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician emergency, safety concerns). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative time.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7‑10 business days to the original payment method. Some payment methods may take longer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai HiTech Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on our website and app – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the property of Dubai HiTech Service or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
